The Milestown Community Improvement, Inc. license plate was, for a while, the only simple black plate available, and raised a significant amount of money for the group. The splash pad is planned to take up 8,450 square feet in Wibaux Park, which would be larger than the neighboring frog pond. The pad will have ten different features, including a giant set of piano keys, numerous water jets, and slides for kids of all sizes.
