Cremer, Hartford marry in afternoon ceremony

Alex and Jessica Hartford

Jessica Cremer and Alex Hartford were united in marriage during an afternoon ceremony on Saturday, June 16, in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Miles City.

Fr. Rob Oswald officiated at the ceremony. Music was provided by Mary Wambolt, pianist, and Kathleen Regan, vocalist.

Parents of the bride are Craig and Dannette Cremer of Miles City. Mark Hartford and Treva Grewe of Billings are the bridegroom’s parents.

Maid of honor was Danielle Cremer, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Hilary Hartford, sister-inlaw of the groom; Cassidy Creel; Carlie Kope; Brilyn Chamberlin; Kara Helland; and Anna Magnuson. Flower girls were Hazel Lautenschlager and Jemma Hartford, cousins of the groom.

Nick Hartford, brother of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were Tyson Shriver; Brian Schwarzkoph; Corey Cremer, cousin of the bride; Greg Heidner; Landry Brockle; Eli Swain; Conner Hartford and Casey Hartford, brothers of the groom. Ring bearers were Gavin LaZear and Campbell Cremer, cousins of the bride.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the Sacred Heart school gymnasium, which was decorated for this semi-formal affair. A disc jockey from Magic City Productions provided the music with dancing until midnight.

The bride received a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a master’s degree in athletic training from the University of Montana in Missoula She is an athletic trainer for Nampa High School in Nampa, Idaho, through St. Luke’s Hospital Sports Medicine.

The groom received a bachelor’s degree in sociology with emphasis in criminology. He is a youth coordinator for the newly-built YMCA (Young Men’s Christian Association) facility in Meridian, Idaho.

A honeymoon cruise to the Mexican Riviera is planned by the couple in the spring of 2019. They are residing in Meridian.
