Miles City Airport Board agenda — The Miles City Airport Board will meet Monday, July 10, at 2 p.m. in the Flight Service Building at the airport. On the agenda are approval of prior meeting minutes; old business of Ben Holman property, hangar building, irrigation project, Oftedahl pit, leases, solar update, Industrial Park and ARINC Lease, price review and other leases (Jeff Langkau report); new business; committee reports of finance, operations and development; and manager’s report with approval of claim vouchers and manager’s report. Public comment on any public matter that is not on the agenda of this meeting can be presented under “Request of Citizens” provided it is within the jurisdiction of the committee to address. Public comment will be entered into the minutes of this meeting. The committee cannot take any action on a matter unless notice of the matter has been made on an agenda and an opportunity for public comment has been allowed on the matter. Public matter does not include contested cases and other adjudicative proceedings.

Concerts, military appreciation activities start Saturday — The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation will host three consecutive days of events in Medora, North Dakota, starting Saturday when Jared Mason will perform at 1:30 p.m. in the Old Town Hall Theater. On Sunday, all veterans, active military personnel and their families are invited to Medora to participate in a day of appreciation and honor for the service they have given to our country. They are invited to a Keg Social in the afternoon and will be honored guests at that night’s “Medora Musical.” Veterans and active military personnel will be admitted free and enjoy a special pre-show. All veterans and active duty members may call 1-800 MEDORA-1 to book their free “Medora Musical” tickets. On Monday, the Beatles tribute band, “1964: The Tribute” will perform in the Burning Hills Amphitheatre. Mason will open the concert at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for Mason’s concert and “1964: The Tribute” are available at Medora.com, 1-800-MEDORA-1 or just before the shows.

Multi-organization potluck, folf tournament on Monday — The Miles City Kiwanis will have a multi-organization potluck, followed by a frisbee golf (folf) tournament on Monday. Registration and the potluck begin at 6 p.m. and the tournament starts at 7 p.m. in the Milwaukee Park on the north side of Transco Railway. Prizes will be awarded to the top three winners’ affiliated organizations. Those attending should bring a food dish to share and their own frisbees and lawn chairs.
