Public Safety Committee agenda — The City of Miles City Public Safety Committee will meet Thursday at 5:30 p.m. in the Miles City Hall Conference Room. On the agenda are request of citizens; request of committee members; discuss and recommend Emergency Medical Services/Ambulance Mutual Aid Agreement; review and recommend action on public nuisance; discuss and recommend relinquishment of dispatch between city and county.

Hero Central Vacation Bible School starts July 24 — Members of the First United Methodist and First Presbyterian churches invite all children to soar with them at Hero Central Vacation Bible School (VBS). This superhero adventure experience includes music, super crafts, hands-on mission hero work, snacks, games and more. The fun runs from Monday, July 24, through Thursday, July 27. Hours for the VBS are from 9 to 11:30 a.m. each day at the First United Methodist Church, 24 N. 11th St. in Miles City. Relay For Life Committee meeting site moved — The site of tonight’s Relay For Life Committee meeting has been moved. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. in room 317 at Miles Community College. 

Summer band resumes — Summer band has resumed at Custer County District High School on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Sixth graders will meet on those days from 9 to 10:30 a.m. and 7th and 8th graders will meet on those days from 10:30 a.m. to noon.
