Custer County Planning Board agenda — The Custer County Planning Board will meet Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in the Custer County Emergency Operation Center located in the basement of the Custer County Sheriff’s Office at Bridge and South 10th streets. On the agenda are call meeting to order; roll call; public comments on matters not on the agenda; disclosure of conflict of interest by board members; approval of minutes of the Nov. 1, 2016, meeting; new business of the upcoming Montana Association of Planners Convention from Tuesday through Friday, Sept. 26-29, in Miles City (the MAP planning committee will have a meeting on Monday at 4 p.m. in the Miles City Hall Conference Room for those who would like to participate) and update and review Custer County Subdivision Regulations, recommendations from Tara DePuy of Montana Association of Counties (MACo); and unscheduled matters or concerns. Chip seal work starts  week of Aug. 14 — The Custer County Road Department will be starting chip seal work the week of Monday, Aug. 14, on Cemetery Road and Sunset Drive. Motorists are urged to drive with caution and watch for work crews and equipment.

Prairie Gobblers Banquet on Friday — Prairie Gobblers Banquet will be Friday at 6 p.m. in the Town and Country Club.
