Director of Housing and Student Life Miles Community College is seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented, self-driven Director of Housing and Student Life. This position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and assessing a comprehensive campus student activities program as well as coordinating and monitoring the administration and operational functions associated with the management of a strong Residence Life Program which consists of approximately 165 on-campus residents. This position will assist with campus conduct. This position is required to live on-campus in an apartment provided by the College for the duration of the contract. Minimum experience required is one to three years of experience in Residence Life Systems developing, implementing, and assessing student programs, campus conduct, social justice, and diversity awareness programming; and one to three years of experience as a member of a Residence Life Staff. Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are required. INVITATION TO BID

Separate sealed bids for construction of the Phase 2 Water System Improvements project will be received by the Town of Plevna (OWNER) in the Plevna Town Office, Attention: Jodi Miller, Town Clerk/Treasurer, 121 N. Main St., P.O. Box 97, Plevna, Montana, 59344 until 3:00 pm local time on April 9. 2015, and then publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the stipulated time shall be returned unopened.
The project consists of:
Replacement of up to 15,027 lineal feet of existing water mains and approximately 103 water services. The project also includes 2 bores under BNSF railroad and MDT right-of-ways totaling 582 lineal feet. Ship to the project site all materials and accessories furnished under this contract and unload in the staging area to be designated by the Town of Plevna, Contact Stahly Engineering & Associates, Inc. for exact location of the staging area prior to delivery of materials.
The project is being financed by the Town of Plevna and Fallon County.

All laborers and mechanics employed by CONTRACTOR or subcontractors in performance of the construction work shall be paid wages at rates as may be required by the laws of Fallon County and the State of Montana. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the Town of Plevna, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount
of the bid. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond anda Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided.
No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of bids, which is 3:00 p.m. local time on April 9. 2015.
The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the OWNER.

Mid-Rivers Telephone Cooperative, Inc. offers local telephone services to subscribers throughout the Miles City telephone exchange. Where Mid-Rivers' facilities are not available, Mid-Rivers will offer resale of another carrier's services.
Mid-Rivers also offers two low-income telephone assistance programs as outlined on page 11 of our 2015 Montana/Dakota regional telephone Directory.
Lifeline provides Federal Universal Service support to reduce monthly service charges paid by qualifying low-income residential customers. Link-up provides Federal Universal Service support to reduce service connection and line extension charges paid by qualifying low-income residential customers residing on Tribal Lands. Eligibility standards for the above programs are determined by the Federal Communications Commission and state commissions.
