Reference is hereby made to that certain trust indenture/deed of trust ("Deed of Trust") dated 05/06/14, recorded as Instrument No. 160145, mortgage records of CUSTER County, Montana in which Jason L. Chadwick and Brooke L. Chadwick, husband and wife was Grantor, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Beneficiary and Alliance Title & Escrow Corp. was Trustee. First American Title Insurance Company has succeeded Alliance Title & Escrow Corp. as Successor Trustee. The Deed of Trust encumbers real property ("Property") located in CUSTER County, Montana, more particularly described as follows: Township 3 North, Range 45 East, M.P.M., in Custer County, Montana Section 9: Tract 14B, being a tract of land located in the N1/2 of said Section 9, according to Certificate of Survey, filed for record on March 1, 1993, as Document No. 92203 in Envelope No. 285B of the Plat Cabinet in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder in and for Custer County, Montana. By written instrument recorded as Instrument No. , beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust was assigned to. Beneficiary has declared the Grantor in default of the terms of the Deed of Trust and the promissory note ("Note") secured by the Deed of Trust because of Grantor's failure timely to pay all monthly installments of principal, interest and, if applicable, escrow reserves for taxes and/or insurance as required by the Note and Deed of Trust.
