  At Tuesday’s Miles City Council meeting, Public Works Director Scott Gray explained that the city is responsible for fixing the problems with a dam at Southgate Meadows but addressing its storm water drainage and flooding problems will probably require a Special Improvement District,

  At the last Miles City Council meeting, Mayor Butch Grenz said  he’s been having concerns about the ambulance turning down calls.  He asked Miles City Fire and Rescue’s Scott Moore about it. Moore said if the personnel aren’t there, they can’t leave the city
